You have two options to get a taste of what we have to offer.

  • Book your free initial consultation. This is a private 1 on 1 meeting with a fitness professional dedicated to create a road map for your success. Book a time with the calendar below. If no time’s available fit your schedule, inquire here and we will reach out asap to schedule a consultation at your best convenience.

  • Try out a session! Non-members can take advantage of 50% off a drop in session. Pick a time that fits your availability best, create an account, and sign up for our Semi-Private training session. All fitness levels welcome!

    Current B&B Members
    Select a time block to claim your spot for your sessions. You can book up to 4 weeks in advance to make sure you get the times that fit your schedule best! Booking can also take place on the MindBody app or our custom Build and Burn Fitness App.
